products and providing services accordingly. Analysing individual customer profiles to identifying selling opportunities and
follows through the execution of the sales. Delivering presentations to targeting potential new customers. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date activity records. Working with Customer Service colleagues in order to maximise sales referral opportunities.
Delivering services to customers that are synonymous with the brand experience being promoted by the Bank.
Coordinating with DSA’s for customer sourcing and business development. Coordination with sales, credit manager, DSA, value’s and legal agencies Handling Walk in customer of the branches. Generate & drive good quality business for the across location.
Taking Care of the Whole process of Loan from Login Till Disbursal. Achieving business targets as set by the company. Providing Training to the sales team Undertaking Field marketing activities & field sales team co-ordination and management. To ensure high service standards at all stages of the sales process and ensuring customer satisfactions Understanding customer requirements through personal discussions.
